- Complete the Information Request Form
to receive additional information. If you meet our preliminary
criteria and the territory you are interested in is available, a representative from TailWaggers Franchise Trio
will contact you.
- During your initial phone conversation with a TailWaggers Franchise Trio representative you will talk more
about the TailWaggers Doggy Daycare® franchise opportunity. Topics to be discussed include why you are interested
in opening a dog daycare, your business experience and background, and the territory of interest.
- In the information that we send to you, you will find a confidential profile to fill out. Returning this
profile to us shows us that you are serious about the franchise opportunity.
- As soon as we receive your completed profile, we will set up a time for you to come to TailWaggers Doggy
Daycare® in Menasha, Wisconsin to meet with your representative. On that visit you will receive our Uniform
Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC). This document contains all of the legal responsibilities involved in owning
and operating a TailWaggers Doggy Daycare®.
- After reviewing the UFOC, you will set up a time to talk with your representative and go over any questions you
may have.
- Within three weeks of reviewing the UFOC you will come to our headquarters in Menasha, Wisconsin for a
Discovery Day. You will have the opportunity to tour a TailWaggers Doggy Daycare® facility and spend time with
the staff and founders.
- If we feel that you are a great candidate for a TailWaggers Doggy Daycare® franchise we will sit down and
briefly review the UFOC, confirm the territory of interest, sign the UFOC and grant you a TailWaggers Doggy
Daycare® franchise.
This franchise is not being offered to residents of the following states:
California, Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota,
Nebraska, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah,
Virginia, Washington
This offer is not directed to any person in the states listed above by or on behalf of the franchisor or anyone
acting with the franchisor’s knowledge. No franchises can be sold in the states listed above until the offering
has been registered and declared effective by the appropriate regulatory authority and the Uniform Franchise Offering
Circular has been delivered to the offeree before the sale within the applicable time frame. This franchise is
offered only by delivery of a Franchise Offering Circular.
